Welcome

WELCOME!

New Perspectives is the East Midlands' leading touring theatre producer. Our aim is to create inspiring, popular and critically acclaimed theatre which connects with audiences locally, nationally and occasionally internationally.

Touring our work to rural village halls as well as to major theatres and arts centres around the country, we set ourselves the aim of offering all our audiences something they have never seen before. The work we make is unexpected and dynamic, drawing from sources and stories from around the world and showcasing a roster of exciting talent.

This summer we are delighted to be presenting the The Boss Of It All the UK's very first stage adaptation of the film by Danish provocateur Lars Von Trier. The show will run at Assembly, Roxy Central, 1 - 26 August at 4.15pm daily, as part of the Edinburgh Festival 2013.

We then begin our nationwide tour of the stunning new play The Lovesong of Alfred J Hitchcock by legendary playwright David Rudkin. This unprecedented new story of the great filmmaker opens with Leicester Curve Theatre this September 2013 and tours for the rest of the Autumn.

But first, this July our STEP UP Creatives ensemble presents Due Course; a production weaving together four exciting short plays by emerging East Midlands writers, staged by a company of talented local theatre makers.

See you on tour!
