While many people know that New Perspectives is the region's leading touring theatre company, not many know that it is also a registered charity (number 1058309). Meeting our costs for touring shows created to engage widespread communities, including those with limited access to the arts, while maintaining low ticket prices, coupled with producing original and exciting work and inspiring emerging region-wide talent is a real challenge for a small company. Our public funding amounts to only 60% of the annual income so we need to raise vital funds to sustain our work. That's why contributions from generous individuals, trusts and foundations, businesses and statutory sources plays a vital role. All the money given, raised or earned is not distributed as profit but reinvested in the imaginative work we do.

To show our thanks, you will have access to a range of exciting benefits designed to bring you even closer to our work.

We make ambitious and original theatre, focusing on new writing, adaptations and revivals, which we present in community settings and venues nationally and internationally. We provide career defining training and mentoring opportunities for emerging regional talent and manage the rural touring scheme Northants Touring Arts .

One of the many things we do is to turn village halls into professional theatre spaces.
